DCL T20 – Players Registration Policy

1. League Details

• League Name: DCL T20 – District Cricket League
• Total Teams: 30 District-Based Teams in Karnataka State
• Registration Fee: ₹999 per player (Non-refundable)
• Team Selection Mode: Selection-Based (No Auction)
• Season 1: 2026

2. Player Eligibility

• Minimum age: 14 years
• Player must belong to a registered district.
• Only one district registration is allowed per player.
• Valid government ID is mandatory.
• You must have been a resident of that district for at least 3 years and must bring documentation to that effect.
• Player must be physically fit to play.

3. Documents Required

• Aadhar Card
• Passport size photo
• Player role (Batsman / Bowler / All-rounder / Wicketkeeper)
• Contact number
• Emergency contact
• Previous playing experience (optional)

4. Player Selection Process

All registered players must attend district-level trials. Players will be selected based on:

• Skill
• Match performance
• Fitness level
• Discipline and conduct
• Final team selection will be approved by the league committee.
• The league management’s decision will be final.

5. Team Squad Rules

Each team must adhere to the following rules:

• Maximum players: 16
• Mandatory requirements per team:
• * At least 1 Wicket-Keeper
• * Minimum 2 All-Rounders
• * Minimum 3 Under-19 players

6. Registration Fee Policy

• Registration fee: ₹999
• Fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Payment must be completed before trials.
• Providing false information may lead to cancellation without refund.

7. Player Code of Conduct

• Follow umpire and league instructions
• Maintain discipline on and off the field
• No match fixing or betting
• No alcohol, smoking, or drugs during league activities
• Reporting late or misbehavior can lead to disqualification

Players are eligible for the following benefits:

• Prize money will be awarded to all participating players.
• Every Match Rewards (Man of the Match - 15k, Best Batter - 10k, Best Bowler - 10k)
• Series Rewards (Man of the Series - 2 Lakhs, Best Batter - 1 Lakh, Best Bowler - 1 Lakh, Best Fielder - 1 Lakh)
• A total of 84 Lakhs will be awarded to the district team players who secure the top 5 positions in the rankings:
• * Winners - 2 Lakhs Each Player
• * Runners-up - 1.5 Lakhs Each Player
• * 3rd Place - 1 Lakh Each Player
• * 4th Place - 50,000 Rs Each Player
• * 5th Place - 25,000 Rs Each Player
• Official Player ID Card
• Performance statistics
• Certificate of participation
• Social media player promotion
• Awards and recognitions

10. Disqualification Policy

• Fake documents are submitted
• Discipline is violated
• Player engages in fixing or cheating
• False information is provided
