Player and Match Official Area (PMOA) Guidelines
District Cricket League T20 (DCL T20)
Welcome to the Player and Match Official Area (PMOA) — a secured zone exclusively reserved for players, umpires, scorers, team officials, and authorized personnel during **DCL T20** matches. These guidelines ensure discipline, professionalism, smooth match operations, and the safety of everyone involved.
1. Access Control
- Entry is restricted to registered players, match officials, team staff, and authorized media personnel only.
- Spectators, family members, and all unauthorized persons are strictly prohibited from entering the PMOA.
- Match organizers may conduct ID verification at any time.
2. Player Entry & Conduct
- Players must report to the venue at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start of the match.
- All players must wear official team jerseys and maintain proper discipline inside the PMOA.
- The DCL T20 Code of Conduct applies strictly within the PMOA—No abusive language, physical altercations, or disorderly behavior will be tolerated.
3. Media Access & Filming
- Video recording, photography, or interviews inside the PMOA require prior approval from DCL T20 management.
- Unauthorized live streaming, recording, or sharing of team discussions, strategies, or private moments is strictly prohibited.
4. Team Dugouts
- Each team will be assigned a designated dugout close to the playing area.
- Only players, coach/mentor, and team physio are allowed inside the dugout.
- No food or unrelated items may be brought in unless medically required.
5. Medical & Physio Access
- A basic first-aid kit will be available in the PMOA at all times.
- Each team may station one physio/support staff inside the PMOA.
- In case of a serious injury, the game will be paused and emergency procedures will be activated.
6. Mobile Phones & Communication Devices
- The use of mobile phones or communication devices during live play for coaching, strategic discussions, or match manipulation is strictly prohibited.
- Match officials and team captains may use devices only for official match-related communication or coordination.
7. Cleanliness & Environment
- All individuals must help keep the PMOA clean, organized, and litter-free.
- Littering, spitting, or leaving bottles, wrappers, or tape balls in the dugout or PMOA is prohibited.
- Violations may result in a warning, penalty, or suspension.
8. Disciplinary Actions
Any breach of PMOA rules may result in:
- Verbal warning
- Monetary fine
- Match suspension
- Team disqualification (in severe cases)
